Sir Winston has released his bold new album ‘Protect The Future’.
The artist weaves current events into his music, striving to amplify the voices of the marginalized and challenge the powers that be. A free spirit, Sir Winston grew up in Australia but journeyed around the globe in pursuit of his art, ultimately finding himself in New York.
Embracing the city as a fertile ground for creativity, he has formed a strong collaboration with renowned producer and engineer Abe Seiferth (known for work with LCD Soundsystem, Nation of Language, Guerilla Toss).
The duo took refuge at Transmitter Studios in Brooklyn to create ‘Protect The Future’, blending Sir Winston’s intense riffs with powerful beats reminiscent of The Prodigy. Echoes of Tom Morello’s style and the industrial strength of Nine Inch Nails can also be discerned in his music.
Standout tracks like the fan favorite ‘Breathe Free’ deeply resonate, while the provocative ‘More Than Enough’ critiques the hoarding of wealth by billionaires.
As he states: “The world is on fire right now. This album reflects my feelings and observations every day.”
Tune in now.
