Manchester project Brain Leak has unveiled their new EP, ‘Put Back Together’.

Rich in Riot Grrrl influences, Brain Leak’s sound also incorporates a pop brightness, with songwriter Tara-Gabriella Engelhardt not hesitating to be straightforward.

A series of singles captivated us, produced by Henry Wade of Orielles in the band's shared rehearsal space at Islington Mill.

Assembled with the support of notable talents – Giulia Bonometti (Working Men’s Club), Jess Branney (Peaness), Sidonie Hand-Halford (Orielles), and Ellie-Rose Elliot (Blanketman) – the new EP ‘Put Back Together’ is captivating and truly original.

Comprising four tracks that abide by their own rules, there’s a mischievous originality at work.
