      The breakout dream pop band, Wishy, has announced their upcoming EP titled ‘Planet Popstar’.

      Their acclaimed album ‘Triple Seven’ came out last year and received widespread acclaim. The recording sessions for the LP were so fruitful that this period isn’t completely over; indeed, something new is approaching.

      Set to drop on April 25th via Winspear, the new EP ‘Planet Poster’ features six dreamy tracks that blend the band’s pop sensibilities with some experimental elements.

      This collection of B-sides shares a similar essence with the main album while also showcasing its own unique features.

      The new single ‘Fly’ is available now; it celebrates escapism and was co-written with collaborator Steve Marino.

      “This song captures a general theme of appreciating the present, being in love, and not taking things too seriously. Steve Marino, Kevin, and I co-wrote this track around the same time we created ‘Triple Seven’. It was one of several demos that Steve contributed for us to experiment with.”
