Kim Deal, known for her work with Pixies, The Breeders, and her solo career, has released a new video for her 2024 single 'Big Ben Beat,' directed by comedian and actor Richard Ayoade. The track is part of her debut solo album 'Nobody Loves You More,' which DIY praised as a record that can "disarm and surprise us, even after all these years." 'Big Ben Beat' features an urgent blend of industrial guitars and stands out as one of the album's key tracks. The accompanying video is equally captivating, showcasing Kim, Savages drummer Fay Milton, and Richard's family, illustrating complex interpersonal relationships. Richard remarked on collaborating with Kim, stating: “Kim Deal has few equals – the starting point of her work is genius. And then it goes up from there.”
