London’s four-piece band Tough Cookie makes their debut with the new single ‘Emory.’
The band has generated excitement in the city with a series of important support performances at key independent venues like Sebright Arms, the Social, and the Old Blue Last.
They are set to perform at the Blue basement of Third Man Records on March 12th and 13th, and the quartet will be ready to celebrate.
Their debut single ‘Emory,’ available now, offers a dose of fuzzed-up indie pop—a gritty guitar anthem reminiscent of those early Wolf Alice tracks. Produced by Rob Brinkmann (NewDad, Royel Otis) and Ken Scott (The Beatles, David Bowie), with mixing by Alex Farrar (MJ Lenderman, Snail Mail), it captures their vibrant live energy right from the start.
The complete video for ‘Emory’ was shot and edited by Tough Cookie themselves—an intimate project that showcases all four musicians fitting into August’s parents’ caravan.
Tune in now.
