Black Country, New Road have announced ‘For The Cold Country’, the latest pre-release preview of their eagerly awaited third studio album, ‘Forever Howlong’, set to be released on April 4th via Ninja Tune. This new track, featuring May Kershaw on lead vocals, follows the expansive lead single ‘Besties’ and the recent release ‘Happy Birthday’, showcasing the band's dynamic and meticulously crafted songwriting skills. Georgia Ellery, who is also part of Jockstrap, commented, “Having three girls sing created a genuine through line for the album. It’s certainly quite different from ‘Ants From Up There’, mainly due to the female perspective - and the music we've created enhances that.” Listen to ‘For The Cold Country’ here: Additionally, Black Country, New Road will embark on a major tour this year, including a series of intimate in-store shows in March and April where they will perform ‘Forever Howlong’ in its entirety.
