London experimental band Sorry returns with their new single ‘Jetplane’.
The group released their track ‘Waxwing’ in November before embarking on a tour with Fontaines D.C. across the UK and Ireland.
Carrying this momentum into the New Year, Sorry has unveiled a fresh offering. ‘Jetplane’ is an eclectic piece of indie music that transforms from moment to moment, unified by its strong sense of direction.
The bouncing sample – ‘Hot Freak!’ – is taken from an earlier Guided By Voices song, perfectly contrasting Asha Lorenz’s striking vocals.
The video, directed by FLASHA Productions (Asha Lorenz and Flo Webb), presents a surreal experience that highlights the robustness of the studio production while featuring some “dirty” cameos that reflect the darker side of internet culture.
Tune in now.
