HAIM Announces Upcoming Album ‘I Quit’

      24 · 04 · 2025

The West Coast trio HAIM is set to release their new album, “I Quit,” on June 20th.

The band is back in action, with recent singles “Relationships” and “Everybody’s Trying to Figure Me Out” showcasing their sophisticated approach to pop songwriting. Elevating their aspirations even further, HAIM has stirred up conversation online, with visuals reflecting widely shared break-up and divorce memes.

Continuing to move quickly, their new album “I Quit” will be available this summer, specifically on June 20th through Polydor Records, and can be pre-ordered now.

HAIM's 2020 album “Women In Music Pt. 3” achieved significant global acclaim, even winning a BRIT award. Upon its release, CLASH noted:

With an album of this magnitude, it’s typical to encounter some missteps; perhaps a track that falls flat or a chorus that doesn’t resonate. However, HAIM has presented us with an abundance of creativity, making it a perfect remedy for the mundane. Adding a fresh twist, HAIM has unveiled a new single, “Down to Be Wrong,” which continues the theme of relationships, featuring lyrics that reflect on closing one chapter of their lives to start anew.

This self-affirming song, “Down to Be Wrong,” shies away from being overtly explicit – “Don’t need you to understand, don’t know if you can” – yet it culminates in a powerful statement of confidence: “Red lights are up ahead, but I keep walking.”

The music video for “Down to Be Wrong” is now available and was directed by Bradley and Pablo (known for work with Harry Styles, Charli XCX, Rosalia) – look out for an appearance by heartthrob Logan Lerman.
