Obongjayar targets politicians with his latest single ‘Jellyfish’ from the album ‘Paradise Now’.

      Obonjayar has raised the stakes ahead of the release of his sophomore album with ‘Jellyfish’, a bold new track that critiques the ineffectiveness of UK governments. Collaborating with Fontaines DC’s Carlos O’Connell and Kwes Darko (Pa Salieu, John Glacier), his latest creation is an exuberant synth-punk piece that merges the energetic dynamism of electronic music with the compelling immediacy of his unique vocal style. Scheduled for release on May 30 (via September Recordings), Obongjayar’s second album ‘Paradise Now’ will follow his 2022 debut ‘Some Nights I Dream Of Doors’ and has been teased through singles ‘Just My Luck’, ‘Not In Surrender’, and ‘Sweet Danger’.
