Suede has revealed their 10th studio album, 'Antidepressants', set to be released on September 5th through BMG. The Mercury Prize-winning band has also released a new single titled 'Disintegrate', which will serve as the album's opening track. This upcoming album marks Suede's first release since their highest-charting album, 'Autofiction', which came out in 2022. The new work will reflect the energy of their live shows while delving into a desire for meaningful connections in a digital age. “If ‘Autofiction’ represented our punk era, ‘Antidepressants’ signifies our post-punk phase,” remarks Brett Anderson, the band's lead vocalist. “It addresses the stresses of contemporary life, including paranoia, anxiety, and neurosis. We are all seeking connection in a world that feels disconnected,” he added. “This is the emotion I aimed to convey in the songs. The album is titled ‘Antidepressants’.
