Florentino Declares the Release of New EP ‘Systems Of Reflection’

      Manchester-Colombian producer-DJ Florentino is set to release a new EP, ‘Systems of Reflection’, on June 17th through his own Club Romantico label.

      After several independent releases last year, including ‘Pressure Cumbia‘ with Shygirl and MJ Nebreda, the producer delves deeper, moving beyond the typical club themes of hedonistic joy. More immersive and emotional, the three-track EP reflects Florentino’s evolution after a time of turmoil and uncertainty.

      Regarding the EP, Florentino states:

      “As the process progressed, my focus changed – from superficial expressions of hedonism to a deeper emotional resonance I could achieve through delays, reverbs, and layered sounds. This change transformed the creation of this EP from a form of escapism into something more genuine: a means to confront and process my experiences.

      ‘Systems of Reflection’ is the truest representation of that journey, grounded in both hedonism and healing & transformation.”

      Accompanying the EP announcement is the lead single ‘Esto’ – a vibrant summer track built around techniques of delay, echo, and reverb, intensifying with each listen.
