Tyler, the Creator has launched his new album ‘Don’t Tap The Glass’ in its entirety.
The multifaceted LA artist surprised fans with the announcement of a new album, just 12 months after the worldwide triumph of ‘Chromakopia.’
Having completed a world tour, Tyler took the opportunity during a performance at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center on Friday (July 18th) to reveal the title of his new project to eager fans.
Outside the venue, attendees noticed an art installation featuring a muscular figure encased in a transparent box – alluding to the album's artwork.
Over the weekend, Tyler shared a link to donttaptheglass.com, a website dedicated to the new album, offering vinyl records, T-shirts, and hats adorned with the album title.
Tyler, the Creator has now released ‘Don’t Tap The Glass’ – a collection of 10 tracks. Available on streaming platforms, he cautioned over the weekend: “yall better get them expectations and hopes down this aint no concept nothing.”
