The rock band Creeper, known for their sinister style, has announced that they will be following up their 2023 album ‘Sanguivore’ with a similarly macabre sequel: ‘Sanguivore II: Mistress Of Death’, set to be released on 31st October via Spinefarm. While previous albums have seen the six-member band completely reinvent themselves, this new LP will further explore the universe introduced in ‘Sanguivore’, this time drawing inspiration from 1980s America and the era of Satanic Panic. Vocalist William Von Gould expressed, “Beneath the bright neon of a distant vision, a rock and roll nightmare is materializing. A vampire band wreaks havoc across 1980s America, leaving only bodies in their wake. Yet, a shadow looms on the horizon. Part slasher, part satanic panic horror, a new entity emerges from the fog, poised to pursue the pursuer. The Mistress Of Death is a vampire huntress determined to eradicate this vampire lineage for good. But can she pierce their hearts before the final act concludes?” Additionally, Creeper has officially unveiled this gruesome story through their grand new single ‘Blood Magick (It’s A Ritual)’ - a theatrical track that draws inspiration from a diverse range of influences, including Black Sabbath and Belinda Carlisle. Here’s the tracklist for ‘SANGUIVORE II: MISTRESS OF DEATH’:
