Elevate the Volume: GANNI Honors Uniqueness and Self-Expression for AW25.

      GANNI has unveiled its Autumn/Winter 2025 campaign featuring six emerging musicians from across the globe. Crystal Murray, Ren G, Toxe, True Blue, Charlie Osborne, and Lauren Auder have been styled by long-time brand collaborator Vanessa Reid and photographed by Mark Kean for this initiative.

      This photo series delves into the confidence and self-expression of young artists through natural movement and bold silhouettes, building on the momentum of the Autumn/Winter 2025 runway show that paired opulent prints and sculpted forms with the softness of flowing skirts, hand-crocheted knits, and fur details.

      The visuals capture a raw and candid essence, reflecting the brand’s characteristic liberated approach to Scandinavian style. Each artist showcases their unique sensibilities through their gestures and interactions, with some moments captured mid-conversation and laughter. The accompanying video features the track ‘Gain Over’ by the British rock band Ace from the 1970s, as each artist playfully engages with imaginary instruments, reveling in a moment of pure joy and freedom.

      “Music always inspires my thoughts,” remarks Ditte Reffstrup, GANNI’s Creative Director. “This season encapsulates that moment when the music resonates, everything else fades away, and you’re fully immersed in your own rhythm. It’s about creating space for individuality—and amplifying who you are.”

      For each ensemble, Vanessa Reid employs a layering of textures to soften the draping of floor-length coats and asymmetrical cuts. Floral and animal patterns remain a prominent theme this season, adding a playful touch in certain outfits while dominating others.

      Styled in three-dimensional shapes and appealing layers, the same outfit shifts between light and shadow, reflecting the interplay of volume versus restraint, softness versus structure. The campaign also highlights Ganni’s new Kat Bag, first seen during the Autumn/Winter 2025 show. This ‘90s-inspired, everyday shoulder bag is crafted from soft recycled leather, offering a relaxed finish to a sturdy, structured design.
