On September 19, 2025, Swedish artist JÁNA unveils her debut studio album, 'Orbit'.
This album is accompanied by a fresh music video for the highlighted track, ‘Orbit of You’. This song, the only genuine love ballad on the album, expresses the feeling of being captivated by someone and the desire to remain close to them.
The track showcases the album’s blend of subdued production and reflective vocals, complemented by the soft strumming of a lowered electric guitar.
Featuring previously released singles ‘Today’, ‘Distant’, ‘More To Life’, and ‘When Time Flies’, the album illustrates the natural yet intentional evolution of an artist who uses songwriting as a tool for self-reflection.
Characterized by minimalism, emotional clarity, and Nordic subtlety, this self-produced project was created and recorded in Los Angeles, Gothenburg, and Stockholm, with input from collaborators like Ben Reed (Frank Ocean), Emmanuel Hailemariam (Yung Lean), and Yukimi Nagano (Little Dragon), among others.
This autumn, JÁNA will be touring with Yukimi Nagano, bringing her new material to global audiences.
