Launched in Denmark by Julie Herskin and Cecile Hjelmager, sitre embraces diversity in needs and desires with a range of thoughtfully crafted, body-safe, and nourishing products packaged stylishly enough to grace your bedside table.
The groundbreaking massage candle has become the brand's hallmark offering. Composed of nourishing shea butter, sweet almond oil, and jojoba instead of traditional wax, it melts into a luxurious oil that can be drizzled directly onto the skin when lit. This season, Esben Weile Kjær has joined forces with sitre to produce a playful, nostalgic iteration of the candle.
Dubbed ‘Bubblegum Beach’, Kjær’s creation replaces the brand’s soft neutral jar with a silver metal container, adorned with a large cherry imprint on the side. The enticing aroma, reminiscent of a distant beach, fills the space with sweet notes of burned cherry and tonka bean, complemented by floral hints of jasmine and a gentle, rich musk once lit.
