In anticipation of their new album set to release early next year, Dry Cleaning has unveiled another track from it. Titled ‘Let Me Grow and You’ll See The Fruit,’ this song was among the first written for the album and draws inspiration from diverse influences, including the 60s folk group Pentangle, the film 2001: A Space Odyssey, the ancient Roman poet Virgil, and musician Robyn Rocket. “The song explores themes of hyper-focus and loneliness,” explained the band’s Florence Shaw. “It’s confessional, resembling a diary entry, and is crafted in a stream of consciousness style.” Compared to their typical sound, this track is notably more subdued and includes a new video featuring Chicago experimental jazz and metal artist Bruce Lamont performing a BULLYACHE-choreographed dance routine. Watch the video below. ‘Let Me Grow and You’ll See The Fruit’ is taken from their upcoming third album ‘Secret Love,’ which will be released on January 9, 2026, via 4AD and includes previously released tracks ‘Cruise Ship Designer’ and ‘Hit My Head All Day.’ You can catch Dry Cleaning on tour in the new year on these dates: * with YHWH Nailgun JANUARY 2026 03 Bognor Regis, Rockaway Beach Festival 09 Brighton, Chalk (Resident) 10 London, Rough Trade East 13 Bristol, Strange Brew (Rough Trade) 14 Leeds, Brudenell (Crash) 15 Nottingham, Metronome (Rough Trade) 23 Chicago, IL, Thalia Hall * 26 Toronto, Concert Hall * 27 Montreal, Le National * 29 Brooklyn, NY, Brooklyn Steel * 31 Hudson, NY, Basilica Hudson * FEBRUARY 2026 01 Philadelphia, PA, Union Transfer * 03 Washington, DC, Black Cat * 04 Asheville, NC, The Orange Peel * 05 Nashville, TN, Basement East * 06 Atlanta, GA, Variety Playhouse * 07 Birmingham, AL, Saturn * 09 Dallas, TX, Texas Theatre * 10 Austin, TX, RADIO/EAST * 12 Phoenix, AZ, Crescent Ballroom * 13 Los Angeles, CA, The Wiltern * 15 San Diego, CA, Casbah * 16 San Diego, CA, Casbah * 18 San Francisco, CA, The Fillmore * 19 Sonoma, CA, Gundlach Bundchu * 21 Seattle, WA, Showbox * 22 Portland, OR, Wonder Ballroom * APRIL 2026 07 Berlin, Festsaal Kreuzberg 09 Copenhagen, Vega 10 Hamburg, Mojo Club 11 Amsterdam, Melkweg 13 Brussels, AB Box 14 Paris, Le Trianon 17 Dublin, Vicar Street 18 Limerick, Dolan’s 20 Cardiff, Tramshed 21 Birmingham, XOYO 22 London O2 Academy Brixton 24 Glasgow, SWG3 TV Studio 25 Manchester, New Century Hall.
