Jackson Wang Reveals Upcoming Album ‘MAGIC MAN 2’

      "This album embodies my authenticity..."

Global pop sensation Jackson Wang is set to unveil his new album ‘MAGIC MAN 2’ this year.

The artist has taken some time for personal reflection, reassessing his life, values, and his approach to music. As he embarks on a new creative journey, Jackson Wang is prepared for his next phase, which is on the way.

The upcoming album ‘MAGIC MAN 2’ will be released this year and is organized into four unique chapters, each delving into a different aspect of grief.

In a message to his fans, Jackson Wang shares...

I created ‘MAGIC MAN’ to understand my pain, using it as a facade that embodied my deepest feelings and inner struggles. I urged the world to ‘Find Your Magic’—and they responded with enthusiasm. While I took nearly a year away from the spotlight, I constantly questioned myself, and I realized I had never truly asked myself that.

As ‘MAGIC MAN’ reached its conclusion, I confronted the harsh truths of humanity. I found myself in a very dark period both mentally and physically. I doubted my ability to recover. I went through phases of evasion, confrontation, devastation, decay, resilience, and eventual acceptance. The only outlet I found was through diary writing.

I documented my feelings and the reasons behind them. For the first time, I poured my experiences into my music. This album reflects my commitment to my true self, heeding my heart, and embracing both the positive and negative aspects. This is ‘MAGIC MAN II’.

The new single ‘High Alone’ is set to release on February 12th.
