      South Carolina musician Casey Carmichael has released his calming rendition of Eric Clapton’s ‘Change The World’.

      Emerging in 2021 during the later stages of the pandemic, the indie-folk artist offers a soothing sound, blending indie songwriting techniques with folk elements into a work that is both meaningful and deeply personal.

      As a Berklee College of Music graduate, Casey boasts exceptional technical abilities, paired with a flair for catchy melodies.

      His style echoes the classic sound of James Taylor and more contemporary artists like Hollow Coves, and he has recently added an Eric Clapton cover to his repertoire.

      ‘Change The World’ stands out in his powerful live performances, holding significant emotional weight in relation to his own life and fostering a remarkable connection.

      ‘Change The World’ is one of my favorite songs due to its beautiful portrayal of wanting to give the world to a loved one, a sentiment that resonates with me personally. After enjoying Eric Clapton’s version for years, I felt inspired to create my own interpretation.
