Dua Lipa is launching a vinyl pressing to commemorate the fifth anniversary of ‘Future Nostalgia’.
This album became the soundtrack for many during lockdown, and its various versions – including the vibrant ‘Club Future Nostalgia’ remix collection – have further enhanced its popularity.
‘Future Nostalgia’ marked a significant breakthrough, providing dancefloor vibes even when the dancefloors were deserted. In our review during the pandemic era, CLASH noted:
‘Future Nostalgia’ perfectly reflects the message of this record, resonating with the shared desire for past freedoms that we will soon rediscover. It will sustain us in the interim and will undoubtedly serve as the soundtrack to a safer summer, once this is (fingers crossed) all behind us.
A unique fifth anniversary vinyl edition is being produced, which includes the original ‘Future Nostalgia’ studio album, the deluxe ‘Moonlight Edition’, and the remix album ‘Club Future Nostalgia’.
This limited triple LP edition will feature one yellow splatter vinyl along with two traditional black vinyl discs.
You can order the vinyl edition HERE.
