Nia Smith has released an enhanced version of her ‘Give Up The Fear’ EP on 21st February 2025.
With a voice to treasure, the rising London artist blends elements of alt-R&B, soul, pop, and jazz into a diverse yet cohesive sound. Her complex musicality is presented with genuine immediacy, and she has unveiled a series of captivating singles.
The original EP was a significant breakthrough, and the expanded version ‘Give Up The Fear (+3)’ provides fans with deeper insights into her artistry.
Listeners can look forward to an acoustic rendition of her song ‘Personal’, an alternative version of ‘Reckless Soul’ – created in collaboration with Ed Thomas, Violet Skies, and Jimmy Napes – as well as an enjoyable reinterpretation of Lauryn Hill’s classic ‘Ex-Factor’.
