Songwriter, playwright, and poet Kae Tempest has revealed plans to perform several intimate shows in the UK later this month, in preparation for their headline performance at this year’s BBC Radio 6 Music Festival in Manchester. The tour will kick off at Thekla in Bristol on 26th March, followed by a performance at Belgrave Music Hall & Canteen in Leeds on the 27th, and the Manchester festival on the 29th. The short series of shows will wrap up with a hometown performance at Village Underground in London on 31st March. Additionally, Kae has been teasing on social media that these events are merely a start, indicating that new music – a sequel to 2022’s ‘The Line Is A Curve’ – is forthcoming.
