Obongjayar has announced that his second LP, ‘PARADISE NOW’, will be released on May 30 through September Recordings. He has also revealed plans for a UK/EU tour in Autumn 2025 and launched a new single, ‘Sweet Danger’. Since the successful debut of his 2022 album ‘Some Nights I Dream Of Doors’, the Nigerian-born artist has gained significant recognition in the music scene, collaborating with established names like Little Simz on her notable comeback single ‘Flood’ and electronic artist Fred again.. on the track ‘adore u’ from ‘ten days’. Over the past few months, he has been teasing his upcoming album with a series of singles, including ‘Just My Luck’, ‘Tomorrow Man’, and ‘Not In Surrender’, and now he adds ‘Sweet Danger’ to the mix—a track that explores the balance between risk and reward with its sultry rhythms and catchy beats. Additionally, Obongjayar will embark on a tour this Autumn, with stops including London’s Kentish Town Forum, marking his largest headline performance to date.
