Mac DeMarco has announced that he will be performing a series of live shows throughout the UK, Europe, and North America this year, in conjunction with the release of his forthcoming, yet-to-be-titled next album. “I have an album coming in August, see you at the shows,” stated the Canadian multi-instrumentalist, producer, singer, and songwriter (always straightforward, Mac). While he hasn't disclosed additional details about the record yet, this will mark his first new music since 2023, when he released his fifth studio album ‘Five Easy Hot Dogs’ (and a 199-track project titled ‘One Wayne G’). The tour will kick off at the end of August in Los Angeles, featuring 12 dates across North America before heading to Europe for a couple of performances, followed by six nights in the UK, including a show at London’s Eventim Apollo. Tickets will go on general sale later this week (with the exact date and time varying by location); more information can be found here, and you can view Mac's complete upcoming live schedule below.
