DIY collaborates with BIMM Music Institute for a showcase at The Great Escape 2025.

For many years, DIY has collaborated with BIMM Music Institute to provide support and guidance to their students, and this year is no exception. We are excited to announce that we will once again be partnering with them to present a series of special events at this year’s The Great Escape Festival. This year's event will see us team up to host a special BIMM x DIY showcase at the Dust venue on Brighton’s seafront during the day on Friday, May 16th. The showcase will highlight a variety of remarkable BIMM acts from their different regional campuses, including BIMM Berlin! Additionally, we will have Swarzy from BBC Radio 1 & 1XTRA hosting the showcase that day. As always, the showcase will be accessible to anyone with a festival delegate badge or wristband, featuring acts in the following order: Countrygaze pop sensation Leah Wilcox; Berlin's dark rock band Kings & Pills; Britpop-inspired group Martina and the Moons; lively and diverse indie band Bayboards; spoken word artist G U Y, originally from Wiltshire and raised in Bristol; and introspective London singer Finn Mungo. Check out the set times for the showcase below.
