Welsh harpist Amanda Whiting has established herself as a distinctive voice in UK jazz, fusing her dedication to melody with innovative ideas. She has received acclaim for several projects, including a delightful Christmas album, and is set to release a new EP this summer.
Scheduled for release in June via First Word Records, the EP features a luminous collaboration that pairs Amanda Whiting’s harp with the unique vocals of Alice Russell.
The track offers a meditative experience with a laid-back beat and an ethereal quality, blending elements of neo-soul and spiritual jazz while transcending both genres.
