The pop star debuted with 'Amelia' in 2023, earning a nomination for a BRIT award in the process. Now, she has returned to the studio to create a follow-up that will be available later this year.
The new album 'Confessions' will be released on September 12th under Epic Records/RCA, showcasing Mimi's growth both in her life and creative journey.
“I delved deep to understand what I want to express, not just as an artist but as a person,” Mimi writes to her fans. “I chose to be completely honest. It’s easy to portray that 'everything is fantastic'—even when a lot is happening behind the scenes. I wanted to open up and declare, ‘This is who I am!’.”
Her new single ‘Love Language’ is available now—a lively pop track with deeper lyrics.
She adds: “‘Love Language’ marks the beginning of this new chapter, and I've never felt more nervous or excited to share my music. The sound and vibe are so fresh and different for me, and I can’t wait to take everyone along on this new creative adventure.”
