Wet Leg made their return to the Glastonbury festival this afternoon (June 27th) performing on The Other Stage.
The band from the Isle of Wight have become favorites at Glastonbury, having delivered a standout performance during their rise in 2022. Since then, Wet Leg has won BRIT Awards and toured worldwide, with their new album ‘moisturizer’ set to release on July 11th.
Starting strong, Wet Leg opened with ‘catch these fists’ and ‘Wet Dream’ before transitioning into ‘liquidize’ from their upcoming album.
The band radiated joy onstage, with vocalist Rhian Teasdale expressing gratitude, “Thanks so much for coming out to see us! Glastonbury 2025!”
While introducing the new song ‘davina McCall’, Rhian dedicated it to her partner.
Having recently finished a nationwide tour – including a sold-out show at O2 Academy Brixton in London – Wet Leg operates as a well-honed unit, their agile performance infused with a 90s-inspired alt crunch taken from their second album on the way.
Audience participation peaked during ‘Ur mum’, and an extended rendition of ‘Chaise Longue’ energized The Other Stage, with Wet Leg closing the set with ‘CPR’.
Wet Leg's new album ‘moisturizer’ is scheduled for release on July 11th.
