Axel Arigato Fosters Resilience Through Joy and Music at the Return of Its Annual Pride Celebration

In collaboration with Not A Phase, this event reinforces Axel Arigato's dedication and support for the trans community during Pride.

On July 5th, Axel Arigato will host the return of its cherished PRIDE party in partnership with Not A Phase, a trans-led national charity focused on supporting and enhancing the lives of trans individuals.

This popular celebration has become a staple of Pride, and 2025 marks its fifth iteration (Axel Arigato took a short break last year for its 10th anniversary events). This year's party is particularly significant, following a Supreme Court decision that further jeopardizes the safety and wellbeing of the trans community in the UK. In this challenging time, Axel Arigato is reaffirming its support for the most vulnerable members of the community and backing Not A Phase's essential efforts to uplift trans people amidst governmental hostility.

An Axel Arigato spokesperson shared the following statement:

“We’re excited to open our Broadwick Street store once again for this Pride celebration with Not A Phase, our long-time partner dedicated to uplifting trans and gender-non-conforming individuals throughout the UK. As the environment for trans individuals becomes increasingly hostile, it’s crucial to stand visibly in solidarity. We believe joy itself can serve as a form of resistance, and this event aims to create a space where everyone in our community feels recognized, supported, and free. In addition to this event, we will continue our contributions to Not A Phase to sustain their vital work throughout the year.”

Promoting resistance through community, Axel Arigato is fostering a vibrant queer space driven by art and music. The event is free to attend, featuring a back-to-back DJ lineup with Miller Black, Talia A Darling, Shafire, Malika Green, Mya Mehmi, and Glade Marie at Axel Arigato’s Soho Store on Saturday.

Guests are encouraged to RSVP here.

Event details are as follows: Saturday, July 5th, 2025, from 14:00 to 20:00 at Axel Arigato Soho Store, 19-23 Broadwick Street, London, W1F 0DF.
