Following last month’s announcement of their new album, Brooklyn trio Big Thief has released a second preview of their upcoming record ‘Double Infinity’ with the track ‘All Night All Day’. This new offering is more rhythmically driven and percussive compared to the album's previously released lead single, the beautiful and introspective ‘Incomprehensible’. ‘All Night All Day’ represents “an expression of love and desire without shame”. The song is part of the band’s sixth full-length album, which is scheduled to drop on 5th September via 4AD. The recording took place over three wintry weeks at New York’s Power Station late last year, where the band collaborated with a group of musicians - Alena Spanger, Caleb Michel, Hannah Cohen, Jon Nellen, Joshua Crumbly, June McDoom, Laraaji, Mikel Patrick Avery, Mikey Buishas - to embrace a more improvisational style for the album. ‘Double Infinity’ follows the band's standalone singles from 2023, ‘Vampire Empire’ and ‘Born For Loving You’, as well as their ‘Passional Relations’ EP released earlier this year to support organizations aiding LA communities after the wildfires in January. The album will consist of nine tracks, which you can find listed below, along with a link to listen to ‘All Night All Day’.
