After making a grand return in May to unveil plans for his new album, 'BRITPOP', Robbie Williams has now released the record’s second single and provided details about its tracklist and release date. Scheduled for release on 10th October through Columbia Records, 'BRITPOP' will feature 11 tracks, one of which is intriguingly titled 'Morrissey'. The album reflects the Take That star-turned-solo-chart-topper’s desire to "create the album [he] wished to write and release in 1995." Following the lead single 'Rocket', the new track 'Spies' is another catchy, guitar-driven anthem that Robbie co-wrote with longtime collaborators Karl Brazil and Owen Parker. To celebrate its release, a playful new plaque has been installed in Camden, marking the third Robbie-related sign this year, with previous sightings at Glastonbury and Soho’s Berwick Street. The plaque states: “Robbie Williams recovered from a severe case of ‘long 90s’ and returned to the home of BRITPOP with the album he always wanted to make.” You can watch the lyric video for 'Spies' and check out our review of Robbie’s recent performance at London’s Emirates Stadium below. The 'BRITPOP' tracklist is as follows: 1. Rocket 2. Spies 3. Pretty Face 4. Bite Your Tongue 5. Cocky 6. All My Life 7. Human 8. Morrissey 9. You 10. It’s OK Until The Drugs Stop Working 11. Pocket Rocket.
