Indie pop newcomers The Harbours have released their debut EP ‘Are We There Yet?’ in its entirety.

The band was formed through friendship, and this laid-back camaraderie reflects in their songwriting. Their sound, vibrant indie pop, draws inspiration from a variety of artists, including early Vampire Weekend, the Wombats, and HAIM. The Harbours have a knack for crafting catchy choruses.

Available now, ‘Are We There Yet?’ showcases their emerging talent, with the Leicester-based band radiating feel-good energy.

This five-track collection captures the essence of youthful adventures, celebrating a carefree lifestyle that enhances its joyful essence.

Fronted by Ollie Drakard and Will Massarella-Tyler, the Leicester group has performed at several notable support events. Will this EP elevate them to headlining status? Time will tell.

      The band shared their thoughts...

“We’re incredibly excited to release our debut EP. Our influences include The Kooks, Two Door Cinema Club, and The Wombats, which is evident in our guitar-driven tracks. We want listeners to derive their own meanings from our music, as it might resonate with them differently than it does with us. We are grateful to all our fans, the behind-the-scenes team, and the BBC Introducing group for their support. It’s been an amazing creative journey, and unboxing the vinyl straight from the press was genuinely moving.”
