Tom Smith, the frontman of Editors, ventures into solo territory with his new album ‘There Is Nothing In The Dark That Isn’t There In The Light’.

This summer, the singer debuted with the emotional track ‘Lights Of New York City’ and announced a brief tour of the Scottish Highlands for September.

Collaborating with producer Iain Archer, Tom Smith has finalized his debut solo album. Breaking away from Editors for the first time, ‘There Is Nothing In The Dark That Isn’t There In The Light’ is scheduled for release on December 5th.

Now available for pre-order, the album will be offered digitally, on CD, and on oxblood colored 1xLP vinyl.

      Tom Smith states…

“Life is for living, in any way you choose; life is for living, live it until it’s over…” This line emerged organically between Iain and me; it felt empowering and reflected the surreal, hopeful essence of the song.
