As usual, the lineup is impressive with a carefully curated bill running until midnight. This month, we are excited to feature Jelani Blackman live, along with a fantastic DJ set from Jammer (Más Tiempo), Lucky Samurai (DJ), Sky (DJ), and CLASH DJs on the dancefloor.
JELANI BLACKMAN (PA)
Jelani will take the stage energized from a summer tour supporting Northern Irish act Kneecap across various dates in the UK and Ireland. Their critically acclaimed debut album, ‘Fine Art,’ includes a collaboration with Jelani on the track ‘Harrow Road,’ setting the scene for an exciting 2025 for the London rapper.
Having started playing the saxophone at nine and writing his first bars as a teenager in Ladbroke Grove, music has been a constant in his life. Since 2016, Blackman has released EPs and mixtapes, collaborating with notable artists such as Kneecap, Fred Gibson (Fred Again), Gorillaz, Wolf Alice, Burna Boy, Ghetts, and Fraser T. Smith, refining his lyrical skills and diverse sonic style while establishing himself as one of the most unique voices in a growing UK scene. His performance of ‘Hello’ went viral on Colors. Raised in West London, educated in South West and North London, and now based in East, it’s clear that the cultural diversity of London inspires his versatile talent. “It’s everything,” he says about the city, “It’s where I started making music, writing lyrics… I hope people come away from this with a better understanding of who I am.”
The visuals for ‘Let Me Talk To You’ have been released, marking a new chapter for the London rapper, producer, and multi-instrumentalist. The groove is captivating, the flute reminiscent of a D. Philp riff from E-Z Rollers’ ‘Weekend World,’ and Jelani’s vocals fit seamlessly with Simian Mobile Disco’s debut album ‘Attack Decay Sustain Release’ alongside ‘Hustler’ – there’s much to appreciate here.
“I feel like I can do anything I want in music now, even just speaking over a track. It was one take and just flowed out. Just easy with a little bounce, chatting about my city and locking in. This video means a lot to me because it captures the fun I’m feeling with music at the moment. It’s given the track a solid identity to reflect what I always knew it was about. The cast and direction were fantastic, and it’s one of my favorite visuals for any track. A perfect way to end the year, just creating what I enjoy.”

JAMMER (MÁS TIEMPO)
Clash favorite Jammer joins us fresh from a summer performing at clubs worldwide to wrap up the night with a fiery DJ set.
Get ready for new material being tested live, including exclusive tracks and his go-to dancefloor hits. We last saw Jammer commanding the crowd at Glastonbury on the Defected Stage in Shangri-La, a highlight of our weekend, and we aim to bring that same energy to Clash Live.
Mas Tiempo is not only a label and a DJ crew but also a mindset. Led by Skepta and Jammer, it features two of the most influential figures in the evolution of grime, now embracing another side of dance culture: house music and beyond. They are responsible for numerous anthems, hosting incredible events, and consistently delivering party-starting sets while seeking to promote new talent within their community.
Jelani Blackman and Jammer will be joined on the decks by DJ SKY, Lucky Samurai (DJ), and CLASH DJs.
