Witch Post has released their new single "Changeling."
The duo, consisting of Alaska Reid and Dylan Fraser, have signed with Partisan Records. They gained significant attention as one of the standout new acts at The Great Escape earlier this year, with considerable anticipation surrounding their every word. Collaborating closely, they have cultivated an impressive creative partnership, resulting in a competitive bidding situation for their contract.
Having been signed by Partisan Records, Witch Post welcomes a new chapter with fresh music.
The song "Changeling," available now, marks the start of a new phase, featuring powerful 90s alt-rock guitar riffs and skillful vocals that conceal a nuanced character exploration.
The duo shares their thoughts:
“We encountered a changeling that inspired this song. We didn't realize it until a year later… Once knew a changeling, her name was Julie. Foxglove and roses adorned tears on her face. I sensed her restlessness and pain. Then she tried to take over my life; we were never the same.”
Listen now.
