London-based producer Mssingno has released his new single ‘Think Of Me’.

Growing up in Ladbroke Grove, a hub for UKG and home to a rich UK rap legacy, Mssingno absorbed influences from late-night MTV Base and pirate radio. He skillfully fused these sounds using Fruity Loops to create a series of significant club tracks that transcended genre boundaries.

His 2013 EP ‘MssingNo’ marked a pivotal moment for the underground scene, combining the chill vibes of early grime with a radiant sound. With lasting impact—recognized as FACT’s favorite release of the year—it has become a reference point for subsequent generations of UK producers.

Although several releases followed, the new single ‘Think Of Me’ signifies a fresh beginning for Mssingno, engaging with some of his foundational influences.

Firmly rooted in UK culture, Mssingno also embraces wider influences—reworking Brandy’s early 2000s hit ‘All In Me’ into innovative forms, where square wave elements pay homage to grime, while the sound exhibits vibrant versatility.

The UKG-inspired beats linger in the background, with ‘Think Of Me’ reaffirming Mssingno’s core principles.

You can catch the producer on November 12th at Cu Dalston in London.
