There’s no rest for the wicked, and even less for Confidence Man, who return today with the announcement of their upcoming EP, ‘Active Scenes Vol One’, set to be released on December 5th through Chaos/Polydor. This news follows the dance duo’s 2024 album ‘3AM (LA LA LA)’ and this summer’s catchy collaboration with JADE, ‘gossip’—a track that will feature both a Chris Lake edit and a Bullet Tooth remix on the new EP. Inspired by Con Man’s own series of club nights, ‘Active Scenes Vol One’ is poised to be a heartfelt tribute to club culture, including two original tracks and a reimagined version of their 2018 debut album track ‘Don’t You Know I’m In A Band’. “Put down your baby and pick up your dancing shoes because we’ve got a treat for you,” the Australian party starters remarked. “Six slices of cake so sweet you’ll want to devour them all at once. It’s turbo juice for your dance floor, like an endless pinga you can enjoy again and again, at a fraction of the cost. Thank us later or buy us a drink or something, much love conman xxxx.” Kick off your weekend early and listen to the EP’s lead single, ‘Damaged Goods,’ below. The tracklist for Confidence Man’s ‘Active Scenes Vol One’ is as follows:
1. Damaged Goods
2. 173
3. In A Band (with Sweely)
