A striking four-track EP from the Welsh producer...
Kelly Lee Owens has released her new EP ‘KELLY’ in its entirety.
This year has been remarkable for the Welsh producer, as she has unveiled new material and performed at some of the largest shows of her career.
Wrapping up 2025 in style, Kelly Lee Owens has presented a complete EP along with her final series of major live performances.
Now available, ‘KELLY’ is a polished, skillfully crafted four-tracker that serves as a “snapshot in time” of her artistic evolution. With roots in club culture—‘132 TECHNO’ being a clear example—Kelly also taps into her artistic instincts on this impactful project.
She shares...
At last, my new EP ‘KELLY’ is out today! It captures where I am artistically at this moment and was designed as a sonic journey through the club scene—each track influenced by the physical spaces and communities that leave a lasting impression after unforgettable nights out. I aimed for the sounds to feel raw, urgent, somewhat wild, visceral, and ominous—direct and intentionally unsettling at times.
As I created these tracks, I envisioned the places where I would perform them and the audience who might connect with them. This EP emerged from a desire to commune with music on the dance floor. It also reflects the energy I feel whenever I enter a venue. The EP honors everyone whose contributions have shaped my journey, particularly the women who paved the way and those who may find their own inspiration through a connection to the music. It serves as a tribute to the significance of genuine spaces, real connections, experiences in real life, and the essential escapism that elevates us from our daily lives.
