Ady Suleiman makes his comeback with the new single ‘What If’.

The artist, who grew up in Nottingham and is now based in London, is set to kick off 2026 in style with the release of his new album ‘Chasing’ on January 16th. With exciting previews already out, he has been sharing outstanding singles like ‘Miracle’ and ‘Brother’, as well as the collaboration with Kofi Stone, ‘Never Meant To Hurt You’.

Consistently pushing his boundaries, Ady’s recent experiences have enriched his connection to his craft. He spent six months in Zanzibar and Kenya, immersing himself in his Swahili roots before returning to finalize his new album.

Now available, the single ‘What If’ showcases intricate, jazz-infused elements, featuring strong vocals that complement the impressive piano melodies along with atmospheric trumpet accents.

Produced by Miles Clinton James, known for his work with Little Simz and KOKOROKO, ‘What If’ sees Ady using music to navigate through some complex feelings. He shares...

“I wrote this during a time when I felt I was losing control, overwhelmed by the loss of love, employment, family, and consequently, my own identity. I was facing real social anxiety for the first time; it was bewildering and I felt trapped, stuck in a cycle of anxiety. The production reflects that same feeling of being ensnared in a loop.”
