At this moment, the decorations are up and the Quality Streets are abundant, so it’s hardly surprising that many of us aren’t ready to think about the New Year blues just yet. However, when January arrives, there's no need to worry: DIY is here to help us shake off the cobwebs and prepare for the exciting year ahead. We will once again be hosting our Hello 2026 series at the renowned Old Blue Last in Shoreditch, where we will spotlight some of the most exciting names in new music. Taking place every Tuesday night—just as it has every January for as long as we can remember—we’ll present electrifying live sets from 16 outstanding acts, and you can be part of it too. Simply register your interest in advance through Dice and arrive early, as admission is on a first come, first served basis.
This year's impressive lineup of fresh talent features the lively and eclectic quartet Tough Cookie, who will headline Night One on January 6th, followed by the dreamy shoegaze sounds of She’s In Parties, who will close out Night Two on January 13th. Bringing an extra edge to Night Three on January 20th will be Dog Race, while Silver Gore will deliver a powerful finale for Night Four on January 27th. Throughout the four-night series, there will also be performances from artists like ELLiS-D, Ninush, Y, Lover’s Skit, Tears At The Table, ashnymph, and many more.
