Deer Shed Festival has announced that indie favorites The Big Moon and renowned poet Kae Tempest will lead this year’s celebration of its 15th anniversary, joining previously confirmed rock rising stars Wunderhorse to complete the trio of headliners for 2025. As a proudly independent and family-friendly festival, Deer Shed has built a strong reputation over the last fifteen years as one of the best festivals in Northern England, and this year promises to be no exception. Both The Big Moon and Kae Tempest have been nominated for the Mercury Prize for their work, while Wunderhorse has emerged as one of 2024’s most anticipated breakout acts. The lineup also features Dublin garage-punks Sprints and South London trio Honeyglaze, who will bring their energy to Baldersby Park, with exciting up-and-coming artists like Maruja, Mandrake Handshake, and Jacob Alon likely to attract new fans. Additionally, attendees can look forward to a variety of comedy acts (including performances by Reggie Watts, Frankie Monroe, and John Shuttleworth) in addition to the music. Deer Shed Festival 2025 is scheduled to take place from July 25th to 28th at Baldersby Park in Topcliffe, North Yorkshire, and tickets are now available.
