Brighton indie pop band Canned Pineapple has released their new single ‘Elvis’.
Known for their energetic live performances, the band will be supporting Skinner on an upcoming UK tour. Looking ahead, Canned Pineapple is set to play at London’s Sebright Arms on March 21st for a special event.

‘Elvis’ was conceived as a kind of sequel to one of our shared favorite songs, ‘Alison’ by Elvis Costello; it narrates Costello’s encounter with an ex-lover who now has a new husband. Perhaps Alison married Seán because she couldn’t quite move past Costello. Poor Seán, but… Who could blame her!
