      Avant-R&B artist Kelela has unveiled her latest live project, ‘In The Blue Light.’

      This new release showcases yet another facet of her ‘Raven’ era – alongside the primary studio album and a distinct remix series, this live edition stands apart.

      Diverging significantly from the studio's electronic sound, ‘In The Blue Light’ offers a rich, perfume-like experience, featuring exquisite harp melodies reminiscent of Alice Coltrane that weave through the drone-heavy synths.

      The minimalist arrangements highlight Kelela’s brilliant vocals – a true artist, she effortlessly transitions from jazz influences to 90s R&B references in one breath.

      This new release comprises a reimagined collection crafted from two nights at the Blue Note, one of New York’s most iconic jazz venues.

      Moving beyond the parameters of ‘Raven,’ this release encapsulates a sense of completeness and cohesion in Kelela’s artistry.
