LCD Soundsystem have announced their return to London’s Brixton Academy this Summer to complete an eight-night residency at the cherished venue, with performances scheduled over two weekends in June, including a couple of Sunday shows with early start and finish times! The NYC band last performed there in 2022, delivering six sold-out concerts, and they later made a significant impact on last year’s festival scene with standout performances at events like Glastonbury and All Points East. Last November, they also indicated that a new album is in the works for release in 2025 (including their latest single ‘x-ray eyes’). Recently, the band has been teasing their comeback to Brixton with mysterious messages on billboards and posters throughout the city stating “You are here (again).” LCD Soundsystem will perform at Brixton Academy on June 12th-15th and June 19th-22nd, 2025, with tickets going on general sale at 9:00 am on Friday, March 7th, available here.
