Elton John y Brandi Carlile se unen en el nuevo himno 'Swing For The Fences'.

It's about remaining authentic to yourself...

Elton John and Brandi Carlile have teamed up on a fantastic new track titled ‘Swing For The Fences’.

The duo has crafted a complete studio album together, produced in collaboration with Andrew Watt; it’s named ‘Who Believes In Angels?’ and will be released on April 4th.

The new single ‘Swing For The Fences’ is available now, and it instantly feels like a classic. With an intentionally anthemic quality, the lyrics focus on embracing your true self and discovering the light within.

The guitar's 60s vibe adds a power pop essence, propelled by Brandi’s vocals and Elton’s seemingly boundless energy.

Brandi remarks on the song: “‘Swing For The Fences’ was a little treasure I brought into the studio: I’m a gay woman, Elton’s a gay man, and we both have families, with our dreams realized. I thought, how wonderful would it be to create an anthem for young gay individuals that invites them to embrace a grander, more sophisticated, and fabulous life. Just a message of ‘go for it! Don’t let anything hold you back!’.”

Elton emphasizes: “When we recorded ‘Swing For The Fences’, it marked the moment that defined the direction of the album. While it was challenging to reach that stage, we knew we had to meet the moment, and there was this overwhelming sense of joy and elation. After facing our original hurdles, all the uncertainties began to fade when this song took shape. It simply sounded incredible.”
