Sunflower Bean has released a second teaser for their upcoming album ‘Mortal Primetime’, following the vibrant lead single ‘Champagne Taste’ with a raw new track that pays tribute to the powerful riffs of '70s and '80s stadium rock. Discussing their new song, titled ‘Nothing Romantic’, the band stated that it "addresses the myth of the tortured artist, realizing that the pleasures of creativity don't need to stem from the depths of despair. The video reflects this journey, depicting our lives as touring musicians amidst challenging performances. From green rooms to desolate highways, we move from city to city, feeling invigorated only during our shows. There's a contrast between connection and isolation; on stage, we unite to share our music, but afterwards, the solitude and the toll of our sacrifices set in." Furthermore, Sunflower Bean has announced they will return to the UK next month, following their current SXSW gigs, with a series of intimate in-store performances in Brighton, London, Leeds, and Liverpool.
