Perfume Genius Achieves Reverie On ‘Clean Heart’

      His latest album 'Glory' is set to be released this week...

      Perfume Genius has unveiled a stunning new track titled ‘Clean Heart’.

      The songwriter's album ‘Glory’ will be available on March 28th, showcasing the American artist – whose real name is Michael Hadreas – in great form. During the recording sessions, Perfume Genius collaborated with longtime producer Blake Mills and co-writer, keyboardist Alan Wyffels, alongside a remarkable group of musicians.

      Now available, ‘Clean Heart’ serves as the final sneak peek of the forthcoming album; it explores themes of space and features a remarkable vocal delivery from Hadreas.

      Transported into a reverie, his tones shift from innocent choir boy sounds to a powerful holler, ultimately drifting into a wordless chorus.

      Exhibiting his desire for expression, ‘Clean Heart’ captures the incredible confidence evident in his new album.
