Jessica Winter is preparing for 'My First Album.'

Alt-pop artist Jessica Winter has announced the details of her highly anticipated debut album, fittingly named ‘My First Album’. This 13-track project is set to be released on July 11 through Lucky Number and follows her 2023 EP ‘Limerence’. She has indicated that the concept of the LP centers around ‘somebody’ striving for stardom and seeking to fill the emptiness within herself. Throughout her journey, she encounters various diversions, including different people, places, and experiences. Ultimately, it’s a path of self-discovery and realization, emphasizing that all she truly needs is to love herself. After releasing her last single, ‘L.O.V.E’, in February, Jessica has celebrated this major announcement by sharing another track from the album, ‘All I Ever Really Wanted’—a shimmering nu-disco tune reminiscent of Kylie or Jessie Ware. “When your expectations soar to fantastical heights, reality is likely to feel disappointing,” she remarked about the song. “For an artist, fantasizing is part of the creative process, but it can negatively affect you when you’re constantly dreaming and fail to appreciate the real experiences. It captures the sensation of life collapsing amid delusional euphoria.” Check out the lyric video for ‘All I Ever Really Wanted’ and see Jessica's live schedule for 2025 below.
