have released a brand new track titled ‘The Hearth And Circle Round Fire’. This rough new single arrives just ahead of the Brighton band's largest headline show to date at The Roundhouse in Camden, London on Saturday, April 26th. The five-member group has also announced a special merchandise pop-up at the Colonel Fawcett this weekend, where fans can buy a deluxe edition of their third album, ‘Cowards’. “‘The Hearth And Circle Round Fire’ is a punk-inspired track that came together quite quickly, but we felt unsatisfied with that simplicity and decided to record it as a 15-minute jam, deconstruct it, and then piece it back together,” said Ollie Judge, the band's vocalist and drummer, regarding the unconventional new single. “Lyrically, it was influenced by the dystopian themes in Ray Bradbury’s Fahrenheit 451 and Kay Dick’s They, where ordinary people fall victim to mass censorship and propaganda, leaving only a few willing to resist,” he added. The Roundhouse performance is scheduled just before the band kicks off a major North American tour, with stops in cities like LA, Washington DC, and New York. You can listen to the new single below:
