The Horrors have revealed that they will perform a surprise set at this year's The Great Escape festival. The band announced today that they will take the stage at The Deep End Stage on Brighton Beach this Thursday (15th May). This festival, which highlights outstanding emerging talent, will occur this week from Wednesday 14th to Saturday 17th May at various locations throughout the city. Presented by Ticketmaster New Music, the show will allow fans to experience the band’s sixth studio album ‘Night Life’ in a more personal atmosphere ahead of their headline tour later this year. Prior to the band's performance, there will be a variety of acts from upcoming artists such as Florence Road, Laurie Wright, Nxdia, Sunday (1994), Brògeal, and rising pop sensation Chloe Slater. The Horrors are nearing their 20th anniversary and have released six influential albums to date. Their latest release, the cinematic ‘Night Life’, debuted this March through Fiction records.
